• Korean BBQ-Style Meatballs

    Ingredients:
    - 1 lb ground beef
    - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1/4 cup soy sauce
    - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
    - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    - 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
    - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

    Preparation Steps:
    1. Preheat the oven to 400掳F (200掳C).
    2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and black pepper.
    3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
    4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
    5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned.
    7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
