    Ingredients:
    - 1 lb ground beef
    - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    - 1 egg
    - 1 tsp garlic powder
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - 2 tbsp olive oil
    - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    - 1 medium onion, sliced
    - 2 cups beef broth
