    1 tbsp butter

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

    1 ½ cups heavy cream

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 cups broccoli florets

    Zest and juice of 1 lemon

    Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

    Directions:

    Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Add broccoli florets to the pot during the last 3 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
