    1 roasted red bell pepper, peeled and seeded

    1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

    4 garlic cloves, minced

    1 small shallot, chopped

    1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

    Directions:
