2 crispy fried chicken breasts or thighs
4 buttermilk waffles (fresh or frozen, toasted)
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles or ranch drizzle
Pickles or slaw (optional for crunch)

Instructions:

Sesame Ginger Salmon with Asparagus
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Preparation Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them, reserving the other half.
4. Arrange the asparagus around the salmon in the baking dish and drizzle with the remaining marinade.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salmon and asparagus for added crunch.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender.
