    1 cup brown sugar, packed

    1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

    1/2 cup heavy cream

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions:

    Add the brown sugar and stir continuously until it dissolves and the mixture begins to bubble, about 3-5 minutes.
