    Creamy Salmon and Capers Pasta with Lemon Zest and Fresh Herbs

    Ingredients:

    8 oz (225g) linguine or spaghetti

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

    1/2 cup dry white wine

    1/2 cup heavy cream

    1 teaspoon lemon zest

    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    6 oz cooked salmon (flaked or in chunks)

    2 tablespoons capers, drained

    Directions:
