Hỗ trợ ngay lập tức sau khi xảy ra tổn thất

Một trong những chính sách quan trọng nhất là học bổng Fry Scholarship, thuộc quyền lợi của chương trình Post-9/11 GI Bill.
Chương trình này hỗ trợ:
• Học phí tại trường công lập
• Trợ cấp sinh hoạt hàng tháng
• Tiền sách vở
Mục tiêu là đảm bảo con cái của quân nhân hy sinh vẫn có cơ hội học đại học như những gia đình khác.

Hỗ trợ tâm lý và cộng đồng lâu dài
Hệ thống Survivor Outreach Services do quân đội điều hành không chỉ hỗ trợ ban đầu mà còn giữ liên lạc lâu dài với gia đình.
