Từ 1/7/2025, mua hàng hóa, dịch vụ dưới 20 triệu đồng phải có chứng từ thanh toán không dùng tiền mặt mới đủ điều kiện khấu trừ thuế
Quy định này được nêu rõ tại Điểm b, Khoản 2, Điều 14 của Luật Thuế giá trị gia tăng 2024. Theo đó, "Hàng hóa, dịch vụ mua vào phải có bằng chứng từ thanh toán không dùng tiền mặt, ngoại trừ một số trường hợp đặc thù do quy định của Chính phủ."
