Quy định mới về thủ tục cấp giấy phép xây dựng nhà cấp 4 từ ngày 1/7/2025, người dân cần nắm rõ

Căn cứ theo quy định tại Phụ lục II phân cấp công trình xây dựng theo quy mô kết cấu ban hành kèm Thông tư 06/2021/TT-BXD, nhà cấp 4 là loại nhà ở riêng lẻ 1 tầng và có chiều cao từ 6 mét trở xuống.
