Ingredients:
1 cup corn (grilled or canned)
1 cup black beans
1 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar-jack blend
1/2 cup salsa or enchilada sauce
1 lb pizza dough
Optional: jalapeños, cilantro, sour cream
Instructions:
1⃣ Press dough into greased deep dish pan.
