    Ingredients:

    2 cups fresh pineapple, finely diced

    1 medium red onion, finely chopped

    1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced

    1 red bell pepper, finely diced

    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

    Juice of 2 limes

    Salt to taste

    Directions:
