Fresh Berry Salad with Honey
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
Preparation Steps:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the berries.
2. Drizzle the honey over the berries.
3. Squeeze the lime juice over the mix.
4. Gently toss the berries to combine.
5. Add chopped mint if desired, and toss lightly again.
