    Portuguese Caldo Verde – Traditional Kale Soup

    A beloved Portuguese soup featuring thinly sliced kale, potatoes, chorizo, and garlic, perfect for warming up on cool evenings.

    Ingredients (Serves 4):

    • 500g potatoes, peeled and diced
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 150g chorizo sausage, sliced
    • 150g kale, thinly sliced
