Who says you can't enjoy crispy, delicious chicken tenders while keeping it low-carb? These Keto Chicken Tenders are marinated in pickle juice for a tangy twist and coated in a crispy blend of pork rinds and parmesan cheese. They're perfect for a quick dinner or a delicious snack! #KetoDelight #HealthyEating #LowCarb #ChickenTenders #Foodie

    Ingredients:
    - Pickle Juice (enough to cover chicken)
    - 2 pounds Chicken Tenders
    - 3/4 Cup Pork Rinds, crushed
    - 3/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    - 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
    - 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
    - 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    - 2 Eggs

    Directions:
    1. Begin by brining the chicken tenders in pickle juice for that extra zing. If you can, let them marinate overnight—the longer, the better!
    2. When you're ready to cook, rinse the chicken and pat it dry.
    3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
    4. In one bowl, combine the crushed pork rinds, grated parmesan, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until they're nice and frothy.
    5. Now, let's get coating! Take each chicken tender, dip it in the egg, and then roll it in the crunchy pork rind mixture until well-coated.
    6. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to give them a bit of space.
    7. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). You want them perfectly crispy and golden brown.
    8. Serve these tasty tenders with your favorite dipping sauce—ranch, honey mustard, or a spicy aioli would all be fantastic!

In the first human trials conducted by researchers at Fudan University in Shanghai, the new brain-spinal implant showed remarkable results.

Four male patients who had been paralyzed due to spinal cord injuries received the implant.

All of them were able to regain leg movement within just hours of undergoing surgery, and within 24 hours, they demonstrated significant voluntary control. Within two weeks, the patients could walk several meters with assistance.

The system works by detecting movement intentions in the brain, translating those signals, and delivering them to the spinal cord below the injury through tiny implanted electrodes.

This bypasses the damaged sections of the nervous system, reactivating the necessary motor functions.

The procedure is minimally invasive, using electrodes only 1 mm in diameter, and it not only restores motion but also appears to stimulate natural reconnection of the body's own nerve circuits.

These early results suggest that the implant can achieve near-immediate improvements in mobility, potentially transforming treatment for spinal cord injury patients worldwide.

While many laud this drug as safe, natural, and even medicinal, a growing body of evidence suggests it contributes to adverse cardiovascular effects—including deadly heart disease.  A new study published in the journal Heart on Tuesday, June 17, presents new evidence showing...
