    GARGANTUAN SEAFOOD MEDLEY & LEMON BUTTER DEEP DISH

    Ingredients:
    2 cups pizza dough
    1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, calamari)
    4 tbsp lemon butter sauce
    1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
    Optional: parsley, lemon zest

    Instructions:
    1⃣ Sauté seafood in lemon butter till just cooked.
    2⃣ Press dough into deep dish pan, layer cheese & seafood.
    3⃣ Bake until crust is golden and cheese melts.
    4⃣ Garnish with parsley & lemon zest, serve fresh!

    Prep: 20 min | Cook: 30 min | Total: 50 min | Serves: 6
