    Preparation Steps:
    1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.

    3. Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
    4. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
    5. Remove from heat and mix in green onions.
    6. Serve over cooked rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
