In a deeply moving moment during NASA's Artemis II mission, Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen proposed naming a lunar crater "Carroll" to honor the late wife of mission commander Reid Wiseman. The crew also proposed naming a second crater "Integrity" after their Orion spacecraft. Both naming proposals will be formally submitted to the International Astronomical Union for approval after the mission concludes.
