• 1.5 kg pork shoulder
• 1 tbsp caraway seeds
• 500g sauerkraut

Instructions:
1. Rub pork with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds; roast at 180°C (350°F) for 1.5–2 hours until tender.

3. Prepare bread dumplings by steaming or boiling if needed.
