Flan de Coco

Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 can (sweetened) condensed milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Preparation Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown; pour it into a flan mold to coat the bottom.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated mold.
5. Place the mold in a larger baking dish and fill the dish with water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the flan mold.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until set (a knife inserted should come out clean).
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature; then refrigerate for a few hours.
8. To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate.
