MAMMOTH PEPPERONI & GARLIC KNOT DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
1 deep-dish crust (or layered garlic knot dough)
1 ½ cups sliced pepperoni
3 tbsp garlic butter (melted butter + minced garlic + parsley)
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup marinara sauce
Optional: parmesan for topping
Instructions:
1⃣ Brush crust with garlic butter.
2⃣ Layer pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara in crust.
3⃣ Drizzle more garlic butter between layers.
4⃣ Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 min until bubbly & golden.
5⃣ Top with parmesan & more garlic butter. Slice into gooey, garlicky bliss!
