Ingredients (Serves 4):
* 500g fresh white fish fillets (sea bass or snapper), diced
* Juice of 8 limes
* 1 red onion, thinly sliced
* 1–2 chili peppers (aji limo or jalapeño), minced
* Fresh cilantro, chopped
* Salt and pepper
* Corn kernels and sweet potato (optional side)
Instructions:
1. Place diced fish in a bowl; cover with lime juice and season with salt.
2. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes until fish turns opaque.
3. Add onions, chili, and cilantro; mix gently.
4. Serve immediately with corn and boiled sweet potatoes.
