Three tiny dachshund puppies were found taped inside a box and left in the rain on a cold day in Wolverhampton. What looked like an ordinary cardboard box hid a heartbreaking sight — three frightened, soaked babies fighting to survive.

One puppy had already passed before help arrived. Another sadly didn’t make it despite being rushed to a clinic. Only one survived — now named Comet.

Under the loving care of Ravens Rescue, Comet is slowly regaining strength. Rescuers fear their mother and other possible siblings may still be out there.

His story is painful, but powerful. It’s a reminder that animals depend entirely on human kindness. Even something so small can show incredible strength. Everyone is now hoping for justice — and for Comet to get the safe, loving life he deserves.
