Pasta Chips
Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta (any shape you like)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
4. Spread the pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, tossing halfway through.
