    Ingredients:

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into strips

    1 red bell pepper, sliced thin

    For the Teriyaki Sauce:

    1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

    1/4 cup water

    3 tablespoons brown sugar

    1 tablespoon honey

    Directions:
