Hà Nội: Một số chung cư cao cấp, hạng sang tại Hà Nội đang được chào bán với mức giá vượt 200 triệu đồng/m2.

Theo ghi nhận của Lao Động, các căn hộ tại dự án Noble Crystal Tây Hồ (quận Tây Hồ, Hà Nội) đang được chào với mức giá 150 - 270 triệu đồng/m2. Một căn hộ có diện tích 316m2 đang được rao bán với mức giá 84,3 tỉ đồng, tương đương 266,77 triệu đồng/m2.

Tại quận Hoàn Kiếm, dự án căn hộ siêu sang The Grand Hà Nội có giá lên tới 500 - 700 triệu đồng/m2, tổng giá trị khoảng 50 - 120 tỉ đồng/căn.

Dự án Heritage West Lake (quận Tây Hồ, Hà Nội), giá rao bán các căn hộ dao động 82 - 288 triệu đồng/m2. Theo đó, một căn hộ 4 phòng ngủ có diện tích 267m2 đang được rao bán với mức giá 77 tỉ đồng, tương đương hơn 288 triệu đồng/m2.

Tại dự án Metropolis, quận Ba Đình (Hà Nội), nhiều căn hộ sky villas hiện được chào bán với mức giá dao động khoảng 250 - 260 triệu đồng/m2. Trong khi đó, các căn hộ chung cư thông thường trong cùng khu vực có giá bán phổ biến từ 140 - 200 triệu đồng/m2.

Với mức giá trên, giá căn hộ nhiều khu vực đã ngang ngửa hoặc cao hơn với giá nhà liền kề, biệt thự tại một số dự án như Louis City (Hoàng Mai, Hà Nội), Geleximco (Hoài Đức, Hà Nội)...

China is once again shaking up the world of astronomy — this time with a colossal 120-meter mobile radio telescope, reportedly under construction in Jilin. Unlike traditional static telescopes, this one can move and track objects across the sky in real-time, offering astronomers far more flexibility in deep-space exploration.

But that’s not all. This mega-telescope joins a growing network of 24 smaller 40-meter telescopes being installed across China, many of which support or complement the already-operational FAST (Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope) — the world’s largest stationary radio dish.

Together, these telescopes will allow China to detect faint signals from the farthest reaches of the cosmos, search for exoplanets, track asteroids, and even send calibrated signals to space with unprecedented accuracy.

While many countries scale back budgets, China is building the future of space science — one giant dish at a time.

Mount Etna, one of the world’s most active volcanoes, is located on the east coast of Sicily, Italy.

It frequently erupts, and its lava flows often create dramatic night-time visuals.

In this specific instance, Italian photographer Davide Basile captured a rare and striking image of lava flowing in a pattern resembling a phoenix, the mythical bird symbolizing rebirth.

The photo was taken from Riposto, a town on the eastern coast of Sicily, offering a panoramic view of Mount Etna’s fiery activity.

This eruption did occur recently and has been featured across news and social media for its surreal visual — a glowing outline in the night sky that unmistakably resembles a bird in flight.

While this phenomenon is naturally occurring, the phoenix shape is coincidental and a result of the way the lava traveled and cooled along the mountain's slope.
