Mới đây, Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định số 140/2025/NĐ-CP quy định việc phân định thẩm quyền giữa chính quyền địa phương cấp tỉnh và cấp xã trong một số lĩnh vực thuộc phạm vi quản lý nhà nước của Bộ Xây dựng.
