Từ ngày 1/7/2025, cấp xã sẽ cấp phép, giám sát xây dựng thay cấp huyện

Mới đây, Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định số 140/2025/NĐ-CP quy định việc phân định thẩm quyền giữa chính quyền địa phương cấp tỉnh và cấp xã trong một số lĩnh vực thuộc phạm vi quản lý nhà nước của Bộ Xây dựng. Theo đó, chính quyền địa phương còn 2 cấp nên nghị định này chuyển giao thẩm quyền cấp phép xây dựng các công trình, nhà ở riêng lẻ xây dựng...
