Add onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add white beans, green chiles, shredded chicken, and chicken broth. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15–20 minutes to meld flavors. Stir in sour cream and milk. Simmer for another 5 minutes without boiling. Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot topped with cilantro, cheese, and tortilla chips.
