COLOSSAL GREEK DEEP DISH ODYSSEY

Ingredients:
Deep-dish pizza crust or thick dough
1 lb ground lamb or beef (seasoned with oregano & garlic)
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
½ cup cucumber, diced (for topping)
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
Optional: drizzle of tzatziki or Greek yogurt

Instructions:
1⃣ Cook seasoned lamb/beef till browned.
2⃣ Press dough into deep-dish pan, layer meat, onions, tomatoes, olives, cheeses.
3⃣ Bake at 375°F for 25-30 min until golden & bubbly.
4⃣ Top with fresh cucumber & tzatziki drizzle.
5⃣ Slice and take a legendary bite of the odyssey!
