    Crispy Air-Fried Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls with Ranch Dip

    Ingredients:

    2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

    ½ cup buffalo wing sauce

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    ½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

    12 egg roll wrappers

    Directions:

    Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing the tip with a dab of water.

    Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
