    Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

    Creamy Strawberry Oat Energy Blend

    Ingredients:

    1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

    1/2 frozen banana

    1/3 cup rolled oats

    3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

    1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

    1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    3–4 ice cubes

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

    Blend on high for 60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
