    Churros con Chocolate

    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup water
    - 2 tablespoons sugar
    - 1/2 teaspoon salt
    - 1 cup all-purpose flour
    - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    - Oil for frying
    - 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
    - 1/2 cup heavy cream
    - Additional sugar for coating

    Preparation Steps:
    1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and salt; bring to a boil.
    2. Remove from heat and stir in flour and vegetable oil until smooth.
    3. Add vanilla extract and mix until a dough forms.
    4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan to 350°F (175°C).
    5. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
    6. Pipe strips of dough (about 6 inches long) into the hot oil.
    7. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
    8. Remove churros and drain on paper towels.
    9. Roll churros in sugar until coated.
    10. For the chocolate sauce, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering.
    11. Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate until melted and smooth.
