    Tornado Potatoes

    Ingredients:
    - 4 medium-sized potatoes
    - 1 cup vegetable oil
    - 1 teaspoon paprika
    - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    - 1 teaspoon onion powder
    - Salt to taste
    - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

    Preparation Steps:
    1. Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
    2. Carefully skewer each potato lengthwise with a long wooden stick.
    3. Slice each potato spirally, being careful not to cut all the way through. Rotate the potato as you slice.
    4. Once sliced, gently fan the potato out along the skewer.
    5. Fry the potato spirals in the hot oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
    6. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
