Baked Oatmeal with Peanut Butter and Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until fully incorporated.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
