Ingredients
• 2 salmon fillets, thick and center-cut
• 8 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1/2 cup shrimp, chopped (for stuffing)
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling:
• In a bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Stuff the Salmon:
• Cut a slit in the salmon fillets, creating a pocket.
• Stuff the shrimp mixture generously inside the salmon.
3. Cook the Salmon:
• In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
• Sear the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Cook the Whole Shrimp:
• In the same skillet, add the remaining whole shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes until pink.
5. Assemble:
• Place the cooked salmon fillets on a plate, top with the seared shrimp, and spoon any extra sauce from the pan over the top.

MONSTROUS BUFFALO CHICKEN RANCH DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
½ cup buffalo sauce
½ cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 deep dish pizza crust
Optional: green onions, blue cheese crumbles
Instructions:
1⃣ Mix chicken with buffalo sauce.
2⃣ Spread ranch on crust, layer with chicken & cheese.
