MONOLITH HAM & PINEAPPLE DEEP DISH EXPLOSION
Ingredients:
1 cup diced ham
1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 lb deep dish pizza dough
Optional: red chili flakes, green onions
Instructions:
1⃣ Press dough into deep dish pan, prebake at 400°F for 10 min.
2⃣ Spread sauce, layer ham, pineapple, and mozzarella.
3⃣ Bake 20–25 min until golden and gooey.
