Ingredients:
2 cups slow-cooked carnitas
½ cup corn kernels (optional)
½ cup diced red onion
1½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
½ cup salsa or enchilada sauce
1 deep dish crust or thick cornbread base
Optional: cilantro & jalapeños
Instructions:
