Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
½ cup peanut sauce
½ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup sliced green onions
1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack
1 deep dish crust or thick dough base
Optional: chopped cilantro & lime wedges
Instructions:
1⃣ Spread peanut sauce over crust.
2⃣ Layer chicken, carrots, onions, cheese.
