TITANIC MARGHERITA & BURRATA DEEP DISH

Ingredients:
1 deep dish pizza crust
½ cup tomato sauce or crushed San Marzano tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 balls fresh burrata
Fresh basil leaves
Optional: garlic oil drizzle
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1⃣ Spread tomato sauce on crust, top with mozzarella.
2⃣ Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15–18 min till bubbly & golden.
3⃣ Place burrata on hot pizza, let melt slightly.
4⃣ Garnish with basil, drizzle garlic oil if desired.
