Ingredients:
- 2 cups black beans, soaked overnight
- 200g beef, cut into chunks
- 200g pork, cut into chunks
- 1 chorizo sausage, sliced

- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 oranges, sliced (for garnish)
- 1 cup farofa (toasted cassava flour)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation Steps:
1. Drain and rinse the soaked black beans.
2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the beef, pork, and chorizo; brown the meat on all sides.
4. Stir in the black beans, bay leaves, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until beans and meat are tender.
7. Remove bay leaves, adjust seasoning if needed.
8. To serve, sprinkle farofa over the feijoada and garnish with orange slices and parsley.
