Ingredients:
- 500g white fish fillets (like cod or snapper)
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation Steps:
