LEVIATHAN LOBSTER BISQUE DEEP DISH

Ingredients:
1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
1/2 cup finely diced carrots
1/2 cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup lobster bisque (or creamy seafood soup)
1 cup shredded Gruyère or mozzarella
1 deep-dish crust or sturdy bread base
2 tbsp butter
Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1⃣ Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic in butter till soft.
2⃣ Mix lobster meat with bisque, season well.
3⃣ Pour lobster mixture over crust, top with cheese.
4⃣ Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 min till bubbly and golden.
5⃣ Garnish with fresh herbs, serve warm.
