MEGA FOUR-CHEESE SPINACH ARTICHOKE DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
1 deep-dish crust
1 ½ cups chopped spinach (fresh or thawed frozen)
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated parmesan
½ cup shredded provolone
¼ cup sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1⃣ Sauté garlic, spinach & artichokes until tender.
2⃣ Mix with cream cheese, sour cream, and remaining cheeses.
3⃣ Spread into crust and smooth the top.
4⃣ Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 min until golden and bubbly.
5⃣ Cool slightly, slice deep, and serve molten-cheesy perfection.
