COLOSSUS PHILLY CHEESESTEAK & ONION DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
1 deep-dish crust
2 cups thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
1 cup sautéed onions
½ cup sautéed bell peppers (optional)
1 cup provolone, 1 cup mozzarella
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1⃣ Sauté steak with garlic, salt & pepper; set aside.
2⃣ Spread sautéed onions (and peppers) over crust.
3⃣ Layer steak, then top with cheese.
4⃣ Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 min until cheese is bubbly.
5⃣ Serve hot—melty, meaty, Philly-loaded perfection!
