Ingredients:
1 deep-dish crust (pita-style if possible)
1 ½ cups seasoned cooked lamb (gyro-style slices or ground)
½ cup red onions, thinly sliced
½ cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozzarella or feta crumbles
½ cup chopped cucumbers (optional)
½ cup tzatziki sauce (for serving)
Optional: fresh dill or parsley
Instructions:
