Creamy Homemade Tartar Sauce with Pickles and Herbs

Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles

1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped

1 tablespoon finely minced shallot or onion

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
