GARGANTUAN REUBEN DIP-STUFFED JALAPEÑO
Ingredients:
6 large jalapeños, halved & seeded
1/2 cup chopped corned beef
1/3 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp Russian or Thousand Island dressing
Optional: 6 strips of bacon for wrapping
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix cream cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss & dressing.
2️⃣ Fill jalapeño halves generously with the Reuben dip.
3️⃣ (Optional) Wrap each with bacon, secure with toothpicks.
4️⃣ Bake at 200 °C (400 °F) for 15–18 min until bubbly & golden.
5️⃣ Serve hot, melty, and mouth-tingling!
