MONSTER REUBEN SLIDERS ON RYE

Ingredients:
8 mini rye buns or slider rolls
1 lb chopped corned beef
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
Butter for toasting buns
Optional: chopped fresh dill or parsley

Instructions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Mix corned beef, sauerkraut & dressing.
2๏ธโƒฃ Slice buns, butter insides, toast lightly in skillet.
3๏ธโƒฃ Layer beef mix and Swiss cheese on buns, top with second bun half.
4๏ธโƒฃ Warm sliders in oven at 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for 5โ€“7 min till cheese melts.
