EPIC REUBEN DIP-STUFFED MINI HOAGIE BOMBS

Ingredients:
8 mini hoagie rolls
1 cup chopped corned beef
1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp Russian or Thousand Island dressing

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, cream cheese & dressing.
2ïžâƒŁ Hollow out mini hoagie rolls slightly.
3ïžâƒŁ Stuff rolls generously with Reuben dip mixture.
4ïžâƒŁ Warm in oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 min until melty & toasty.
